Have you not activated your user account yet? - Activate

1. Open our Zendesk portal at https://tmdata-support.topmotive.eu
2. Click “Request password”.

3. Enter your email address.
4. Click “Submit”.

5. Check your email for new messages.

6. Click “Set a New Password”.
7. Create a new password.
8. Click “Create Password”.

9. Check your email for new messages.
10. Click “Sign In”.
11. Enter your email address and password.
12. Click “Sign In”.

Do you already have a user account? - Sign in

If you are already registered, you can sign in directly with your existing user account.

1. Open our Zendesk portal at https://tmdata-support.topmotive.eu
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click “Sign in”.

Are you new here? - Create a user account

To use all functions of our Zendesk portal, first create a personal user account.

1. Open our Zendesk portal at https://tmdata-support.topmotive.eu
2. Click “Sign up”.

3. Enter your name and email address.

4. Click “Back to sign in”.

5. Check your email for new messages.
6. Click “Activate account”.
7. Click “Create a password” to create a password and sign in. After signing in, you have access to the instructions in our Help Center and to your tickets.

8. Enter your email address and password.
9. Click “Sign in”.

What can you do after signing in?

After signing in, the following functions are available to you:

• create new requests
• view the status of your existing requests
• access the Help Center
